Martin founded Yoga Republic in 2022 after discovering yoga in his mid-forties. What began as a way to give his body some much-needed care quickly revealed benefits for his mind too - better sleep, greater clarity, and a deeper sense of balance.
He trained as a teacher with Yoga Soul in 2021 and now shares accessible classes that focus on strong, mindful movement and breath. Martin teaches a blend of Hatha, Vinyasa, and Chair Yoga, creating a welcoming space where everybody - regardless of flexibility, fitness, or experience - can enjoy the benefits of practice.
